Yes, go with a company the local SBDC uses as a reference for their clients.
The website alone will only cost you money. You need to hire a Maintained Website Service that will help you MARKET your website, not just plonk it down in cyberspace and walk away with your money.
Prices are less than the typical monthly cost of a single classified ad in a small newspaper.(and lower than any other answer I've seen here so far!)
Experience working with start-ups and small businesses should be a critical issue for you.
