Depends on how good and how cheap. If you are talking about brand new, but cheap, you can check Sam's Wholesale Club or a Costco. Some places (Big O, Discount Tire, Hibdon's, etc for your local) may have some brands of their own that are cheap. I would suggest buying two unless you are using it as a spare. If you are just trying to get it to pass inspection for your tags on your car, or selling it quick, a lot of the local shops will have used tires that still have enough tread to be legal, but aren't the best looking. It may cost you around 20 for a mount and balance, but no warranty, where a new cheap one will cost you around $35 for the tire and around $8 for the mounting, balance and valve stem. You can get a reasonably priced tire at a new tire dealer, but if money is an issue, you can go to a used tire store or the junk yard. good luck

there are lots of junk yards that will usually sell a good used tire for about $10 call around & see what you can find

If you have a Costco in your area, they have good prices on tires, they will install, and you can go back there for any repairs that you might need in the future.
