For the past month my stomach has felt like it is constantly bloated, maybe more in the abdominal region, its a really annoying feeling, not painfull just feels like bloating before a period does.

I know I am not pregnant, well I have taken 3 pregnancy tests and the last time I had sex was end of May/ Beginning of June. I took the tests in August and just to be SUPER safe I took another one today and they all came out negative. I have tried to use treatment for both constipation and gas, to see if that might be the problem and it wasnt. I have had normal well pretty close to normal periods, and just finished my last period yesterday. I am planning to see a doc within the next week, but I was wondering if any other women experienced this and might have a suggestion to what it could be! or what could be causing it...Thanks!

I don't advise that you take a diruetic, as one responder suggested. They are very bad for your system, and can be dangerous if used incorrectly.
The best "natural" diruetic is to drink plenty of water. By drinking enough, your body doesn't try to 'hang on' to excess.
Also, do you drink a lot of diet sodas/drinks? The Nutrasweet causes bloating in many people.

As I am unsure of what may be causing your bloating, but you may want to consider trying a diuretic. A diuretic gets rid of excess water/"air" by causing bowel movements. This gets rid of the full/bloated feel. It is proven safe and effective. One to consider is "Diurex". Since you are already planning on seeing a doctor, I suggest that you consult with them, prior to taking any medication for your syptoms.

Perhaps it is your diet and the food choices that you have.
I know that if I eat a gluten free diet , i do not have the bloating. Try if for three days, and see if it works. (Going with out breads, pastas, etc, and turning to rice products)

Eat plain yogurt. It will help balance the normal flora of your body and help get rid of the gas and bloating.

Please do not blow this off. Dont miss you doctors appointment and make sure he looks at your ovaries.
Dont want to freak you out, but bloating can be cause by ovarian cancer.
Just to be on the safe side.
