After reviewing much of the evidence, I have come to the conclusion that the official version on the events of 9/11 is diluted. It looks like there is more that we are not being told. As to how much culpability the US government has in the events of 9/11 is open to speculation. The Christian Zionist Religious Right want’s to wage full scale war with Islam; this is known. Baring a global war of the level of WW II, and based on the animosity seen here, I can safely say that we will be at war with ourselves by 2013.

If you mean a civil war, I could see that coming. Extremism is completely engulfing America in every genre. No one does anything with any moderation anymore. There are no middle of the road politicians, which is fine, because there aren't any more middle of the road citizens it seems. Movies try to out violence, out gross out, or out gratuitous sex each other. Parents try to keep up with the Jones' so much that their children are raised by their friends and the glowing magic picture box, and they fail to realize that the Jones' don't really exist, everyone is just trying to keep up with everyone else. Why can't everyone just apply a simple scale to their lives? Aristotle's Golden Mean is as useful today as it was a thousand years ago. If you don't live there in the Golden Mean, you either have a vice of excess, or a vice of deficiency. This applies to all behavior. I get so fed up with the "modern American." Sorry about the rant, you can see this bothers me on an existential level.

The involvement of the Bush junta in the 9/11 events is palpable. Their refusal and resistence to the formation of the 9/11 commission is a disgrace; and even when the commission was created consisting of handpicked henchmen of the Bush junta, the findings left more questions than actual answers.

So if the Bush junta has nothing to do with the events of 9/11 it should be in their own interest to answer ALL the questions and lay out ALL the evidence they possess. It is a calamity of international scope, and such a thing should be investigated more thoroughly than a fender bender.

The actions of the Bush junta stand in direct opposition of the good of our country and it's people. I can vividly remember that Bush said that he is a uniter and not a divider. Well, look at our country now. We are divided more than ever. But the republicans, at least the ones i know, are not the problem. It is the neocons. The republicans in my circle of friends say that Bush is not a republican they can agree with. They say that the neocons took the party hostage and implement their own agenda that has no roots in the republican idea.

Might there be a civil war some day? Maybe. The chances now are better than they have ever been before in modern times. The question is rather: Will it be to the good of our nation?
Knowing that war has never solved anything, nor did it ever yield any good i doubt the claim.
Rather than having a civil war, a revolution of another kind might be of more benefit. When consider our common humanity and return to the values of our founding fathers we as a nation might heal. Corporate and common greed is rooted deeply in our society and the cause of 90% of all evil that exists in our country. The remaining 10% is the religious fanatism rampant since a few years. I ask: "Where are we different from the Taliban?" We are just a different flavor of the same blind fanatism they show.

Our country has to change, we as people have to change if we do not want to slide down that evolutionary slope and end up fighting each other in the streets.

Dude you are really scaring the hell out of me! That's most likely because what you are saying it both true and possible. If we go to civil war it will weaken us to the point other countries will consider invading us and that is a fact! If you could post links or send them to me in a message it would be greatly appreciated. Maybe that's what we are getting to here in the USA. We seem to have reached the boiling point on so many things in this world that we are reaching the boiling point with each other. WE ALL JUST NEED TO PULL TOGETHER LIKE WE DID BACK ON 9/11/01. We were all trying to help each other out and we got pretty close to our fellow Americans.

I think we've always known our Government does not tell us the whole story--no matter what it concerns, (be it for security reasons or whatever) but I would hate to think this would lead us to some type of civil war!!!
There was SOOO much unity in our country immediately following 9/11, and surely that goodness will outweigh any inbred diversity that would rise up .
United we stand!!!

Somewhere there is a liberal who read your question and is doing a victory dance because he knows that another person just got suckered.

I agree with you, CliffPotts2005. I'm not sure if you've seen the documentary, "Loose Change: 2nd ed." but it sure helped me to see the truth in all this.
