Its not likely you can feel it the first week...but the symptoms can be nausea, vomitting, fatigue, spotting, sore breast, loss of appetite and in the begining you can lose some weight before you start gaining any. But remember everyone is different so keep that in mind because it doesn't mean you will get every symptom. If you think you might be pregnant you should take a hpt and if your still not convinced see the doctor so you can know for sure.. GOOD LUCK!

some people don't get any symptoms at all... If you had your period a week ago you might not have even ovulated yet... maybe you have the flu? Wait until you are late and test then

I don't know if you could tell within one week, but with one of my children I started feeling like I had the flu (minus the body aches) at two weeks.

if you are sick all day, tired for no reason even if you slept well, breast tenderness, dark nipples.... you could be pregnant, some women have slight bleeding in the beginning.. SO you could, take a test

not likely. You will usually start feeling symptoms about two weeks after conception.

Get a blood test, because everyone's body is different, only way to be sure.
