365.25 -- that's why we have a leap year every four years, to catch up with the 1/4 day that is not accounted for every year.

Your qualification "exactly" makes the answer somewhat complex.

The short answer is 365.25 days per year but there is more. The extra quarter day comes from leap years which are normally 1 out of 4. However years divisible by 100 are not leap years, except that every year divisible by 400 is a leap year. This all amounts to 365.2425 days per year.

If this isn't enough, the number of days in a year is actually changing slowly. The spinning of the earth is slowing down so days are getting longer by about 0.003 seconds per year.

365.242190419 SI days. This is the tropical year (the basis of the Gregorian calendar) not the sidereal year

Where an SI day is 86,400 SI seconds as measured by an atomic clock.

It is because it is not exactly 365.25 that the Julian Calendar had to be changed to the Gregorian. ie the years 1600 and 2000 are Leap Years but the years 1700, 1800 and 1900 are not,

By Earth year, do you mean calendar year? If so, 365.2425

* 353, 354 or 355 days — the lengths of common years in some lunisolar calendars
* 354.37 days — 12 lunar months; the average length of a year in lunar calendars
* 365 days — a common year in many solar calendars
* 365.24219 days — a mean tropical year near the year 2000
* 365.2424 days — a vernal equinox year.
* 365.2425 days — the average length of a year in the Gregorian calendar
* 365.25 days — the average length of a year in the Julian calendar
* 365.2564 days — a sidereal year
* 366 days — a leap year in many solar calendars
* 383, 384 or 385 days — the lengths of leap years in some lunisolar calendars
* 383.9 days — 13 lunar months; a leap year in some lunisolar calendars

An average Gregorian year is 365.2425 days = 52.1775 weeks, 8,765.82 hours = 525,949.2 minutes = 31,556,952 seconds (mean solar, not SI).

A common year is 365 days = 8,760 hours = 525,600 minutes = 31,536,000 seconds.

A leap year is 366 days = 8,784 hours = 527,040 minutes = 31,622,400 seconds.

EXACTLY you can figure.
Take 24900 miles around the Earth, and divide that by 1000 mph, that the Earth spins on its axis. Then go to Google and figure out the rest of it and what do you get?

If heaven were a location that we could go to (that is a location in time and space) then it would be bound by the 3 dimensions and Einstein's 4th dimension of time (the time-space continuum). Since heaven is not a place we reach simply by traveling, then it exists outside the fourth dimension of time. Therefore, there would be no concept of time in heaven. It is hard for our human minds to conceive of a place with no concept of time. In order to take any kind of action, it requires time. For example, in order for me to wave my hand back and forth, it takes a certain amount of time to do that (1 or 2 seconds). Even blinking my eyes takes a fraction of second. If time didn't exist, how could I blink?
