It is normal for your symptoms to slow down or stop as you enter the second trimester, but don't hesitate to schedule an appointment with your OB/GYN if you are nervous. The 2nd trimester is considered the honeymoon phase or golden age of pregnancy because you get to enjoy being pregnant without the puking and peeing of tri 1 and the aching back and hips and peeing in tri 3.
By the way, if the scale says you're not losing weight, don't worry. Sometimes if people think you're gaining, they might tell you you're losing to fish for information. You'll be fine, but please speak with your doctor if you are uncertain. Congratulations!

I understand how you feel 'cause It happened to me too, the first trimester I felt sick all the time, and when those symptoms stopped I wasn't feeling pregnant at all, now I'm in my third trimester, and now Ireally feel that I'm pregnant the baby is kicking a lot, and since I've gained a lot of weight, I feel tired all day long. You just have to wait and when you start feeling your baby then you're going to enjoy your pregnancy more. Good luck.

You aren't really going to feel pregnant until the baby starts moving and you actually start showing. At least, that was the case with me. My morning sickness stopped at 15 weeks and that was pretty much the only symptom that remained left. I lost 12lbs during my 1st trimester. And FWIW, I still haven't got the line nigra. Good luck!
Relax, you are fine.

Like you said every pregnancy/person is different... Id be happy all the symptoms stopped..lol soon the baby will be all over the place kicking, etc. With mine I didnt have many symptoms (light nausea for a week or 2).... as long as you are seeing a Dr and taking your vitamins and taking care of yourself I wouldnt worry

I am fifteen weeks and 3 days right now, and they say it's normal for symptoms to end. Just enjoy it right now! My baby has already started moving, and when my baby moves, it makes me almost nauseous sometimes, so enjoy not feeling anything right now, soon you will feel your baby move, and you'll be excited about that, and you'll know for sure you're pregnant! So, don't worry!
