1807.5. The commissioner shall not suspend or revoke any license, issued under this article, without first granting a hearing, upon reasonable notice to the applicant, except that he may temporarily suspend any such license for a period not exceeding 15 days pending such hearing. Where a hearing is held under this section the proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code

ON(SEPTEMBER 23 2004), THE CALIFORNIA INSURANCE COMMISSIONER, JOHN GARIMENDI SUSPENDED THE OPERATIONS OF AMERICAN LIBERTY BAIL BONDS AND ADNAN YOUSEF’S INDIVIDUAL LIC # 1833663 … WHEN ADNAN YOUSEF’S LICENSE WAS SUSPENDED MINE WAS ALSO, AS I WAS LICENSED AS ADNAN YOUSEF’S SOLICITOR.. A SOLICITOR’S LICENSE IS ONLY IN EFFECT WHILE THE AGENTS LICENSE IS ACTIVE AND IN FORCE...I WAS LICENSED AS A SOLICITOR LIC # 1843423 AND COULD ONLY TRANSACT BAIL ON BEHALF OF ADNAN YOUSEF AND WHILE HIS LICENSE IS ACTIVE AND IN FORCE. NOVEMBER 19 2004 I SENT A LETTER TO THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE TO FIND OUT WHAT THE STATUS WAS WITH MY BAIL SOLICITOR’S LICENSE. MY BILLS WERE BACKING UP.
IT WAS DECEMBER 2004 AND I STILL HAD NOT BEEN IMFORMED AS TO WHAT I SHOULD DO ABOUT MY LICENSE STATUS FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE

ON WENSDAY MARCH 14 2005 THE LOS ANGELES SUPERIOR COURT RULLED THAT THE CALIFORNIA INSURANCE COMMISSIONER. HAD NO RIGHT TO SUSPEND OPERATIONS OF AMERICAN LIBERTY BAIL BONDS. A FAMILY- OWNED BAIL BOND AGENCY. . JUDGE DZINTRA JANAVS, FOUND INSURANCE COMMISSIONER JOHN GARAMENDI’S SUSPENTION ORDER WAS ILLEAGAL!!!!!! .

AMERICAN LIBERTY BAIL BONDS INC V, GARAMENDI L.A.S.C. CASE NO. BS 093031.

AS A RESULT, AMERICAN LIBERTY WAS PERMITTED TO TRANSACT NEW BAIL BOND BUSINESS, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, MARCH 14 2005.

ON SEPTEMBER 16 2004 THE FULLERTON POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE COUNTY OF ORANGE SERVED A WARRANT AND RAIDED AMERICAN LIBERTY BAIL BONDS INC. SEVERAL OFFICES AND 9 HOMES ARRESTING THE OWNER HIS WIFE AND 3 SONS. SEIZED 7 BANK ACCOUNTS, COMPANY COMPUTERS THE BOOKS. .. ,. I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY THE FULLERTON POLICE HAVE NOT NOTIFIED ME, TO THIS DAY OR EVEN QUESTIONED ME, WITH THE CHARGES BEING SO SERIOUS AND THE CASE STILL IN COURT.

the commissioner broke a government california insurance code 1807,5 by not notifying me that my license was suspended or the owner of my company or the company. never recieved a phone call or a letter or any information that the fullerton police of orange county calif raided a couple of the 19 offices arested my boss his wife 3 sons and a guy they called a thug inforcer .ARTICLES THE NEWSPAPERS WROTE ABOUT AMERICAN LIBERTY BAIL BONDS.

CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY , FRAUD , EMBEZZELMENT , KIDNAPPING FOR EXTORTION , UNLICENSED BAIL ., AND ALLGATIONS OF TERRIOST TIES TO KNOWN GROUPS SUCH AS AL- QUEDA , I BELIEVE NONE OF THESE CHARGES ARE TRUE ,.

Hire a lawyer and file an administrative appeal at your nearest Superior Court building. Your hearing already took place and your license was suspended.

On your notice, there should be an appeal process. Follow it and do it yourself, or consult an attorney.
