Ideally it should be between 55 - 58 kg. Depending upon your age it can vary. Usually with advancing age this figure tends to increase.

55-57 kgs is an ideal weight for a women of height 5'6" anything above that should be concidered overweight. And yeah...a lot depends on your age aswell, you might gain weight as you grow older.

I honestly dont think its accurate because genetics plays a role too. i have a fast metabolism, and Im very athletic. I'm 5'2'' and weigh 88. I eat around 2,500-2,600 calories a day but its like no matter how much I eat, I never gain weight...Ive been trying to get to at least 100 for over a year but nothings works...

There is something called the BMI Calculator - Body Mass Index. This tells you how much you should weigh based on your height. Check with your doctor and he will be able to help you calculate this.

I think it's like 125 to 145.

I'm 5'5 and for me it's 120 to 140 or something.

This also depends on your age though. I'm only 23. The older you are, the more you can weigh.

a women or girl who is about 5.6 can weigh maximum 55 kgs i think thats s a ideal weight which will be in propotion to body . rest above 55 will be over weight.

50 Kgs is good and perfect for this. At the same time the if this structure is 36-28-36, this proportion is very fine.
