You know some foods are good for you and some are bad for you, but did you know that some are super for you? Absolutely! And Salmon is Perhaps the best-known of all fish. And it is also a guaranteed way to lower your risk for cardiac-related death too.
It's my personal favorite. Everytime I go out to a resturant to eat, I always check to see if they have salmon on the menu. If so, I always order that over anything else.

My cousin tells me ma-hi ma hi it is a deep sea fish. It is from the dolphin family I think he said. He goes deep sea fishing when he can and says its the best. Not sure if I spelled the fishes name right. Good luck and Happy fishing
