The best thing to do to preserve and maintain your youthful skin is simply avoidance of strong UV rays. Use sunscreen, wear hats, keep skin, face especially out of sun. There is nothing that will age your skin faster, except perhaps smoking.

you are better off treating ur skin now but if your using a whole heap of chemicals for something thats not there yet it can damage your skin.
read the products carefully before you use
prevention is the key

it is good to start to protect the skin before you see anything it will help you feel better about yourself and you will see a difference when you are older.
