Judging by looking at all your questions about staring, I suspect you are just a bit sensitive that someone "might" be looking at you.
Out in public, if you turn your head to see if someone is looking at you that motion catches their eye and they do look at you where before they probably weren't.
Other than that they only reason I can think of to explain why they are looking at you would be that;
You forgot to put your pants on.
Your hair is a very noticable odd color.
Your electric organge shirt is flashing in their vision?

1) You're good-looking.
2) You're the ugliest person they've ever seen.
3) Your fly is undone.
4) You forgot to clean off the blood.
5) You're nekkid.
6) They are wondering what sort of nut wears a tinfoil hat.

8) You're dressed as a Klingon.
9) You're dressed as Pikachu.

Maybe your pretty/cute, got something hanging out of your nose, have hair sticking up, food on your face, toilet paper on your shoe, or maybe you just think they are. I have a teenage son that is so into himself that he swears every girl that is in site is staring at him. This is what I tell him..."You only know they are looking at you because you looked at them"...so maybe if you don't look at them it won't be a problem!! Good luck!

you are probably either really attractive and just don't see it, or you have a huge hump back or hard on that catches their eye.
or they stare at you thinking you are staring at them and they are wondering the same thing. only without yahoo answers, they will think they are hideous and never know otherwise.
