she's also been doing drugs and has been sneeking out what should i do?

If your friend is lying to you and keeps doing it, I'm sorry but she's not your friend. I think you should stop hanging out with her...talk to her and tell her that you can't trust her any more, and that the drugs and sneaking around just isn't you and that you don't need her bad influence.

No! Why would you be mad at her? I would thank her for not wasting your time for years and years thinking that she wasn't a loser. See now you have a clean break and you can tell her (for a reason) to pound sand and get out of your life.

Address the issue and pick the right time. Do not raise your voice, just do it in a caring way. The truth always hurts. But it is you friend so tell her..... it means you care.....

Tell her what you think & then move on.She will remember what you said & by moving on ,,that is called tuff love & hopfully she will learn by it & turn herself down the right path.Only she can help herself.
