Carbohydrates (Disaccharides) are formed in a dehydration synthesis reaction.

Lipids are formed with a glycerol backbone with fatty acid chains attached by a dehydration synthesis reaction creating an ester linkage.

Proteins are amino acids joined together with a peptide bond between them dehydration synthesis occurs as well.

Nucleic Acids have hydrogen bonding between the nucleotide bases in the DNA double helix.

Polysaccharides. Ether-bond (condensation of 2 -OH groups gives
-O-)

Nucleic acids: Phosphodiester bond between the monomers of a strand (-OH from one nuclotide and -OPO3(-2) from another gives -OPO2O- ) and hydrogen bonds between the bases in double stranded DNA

Proteins. Peptide bond between amino acids (-NH2 and -COOH give -NH-CO-). For multimeric proteins the bonds between the subunits are a combination of ionic interactions, hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions.

lipids: Ester bond between a -COOH of a fatty acid and -OH of e.g. glycerol. Though lipids shouldn't really be considered macromolecules...
