I'd like all the information to hearing and feeling things in your stomach, possible changes in your body and vagina area, the way sex feels, bleeding at anytime, causes of why a urine test might not work and which ones are the best ones to take. When i said everything i meant everything cuz the sites and my doctors aren't really giving me that info.

Probably the MOST reliable symptom is that you give birth to a baby.

When I got pregnant, my breasts were very sore. I usually sleep on my belly, and i couldn't even do that. Foods, drinks, smells, that normally don't bother you may start sounding really icky to you.

Urine tests don't always show because your body doensn't always secrete the pregnancy hormone. The best time to take an at home test is in the morning. Urinate for 3 seconds in the toilet before urinating on the stick to ensure the best results. The best ones to take are EPT or First Response.

As for changes in your body- the vaginal area may start being a little more "moist" than usual. Try to keep dry as much as possible to prevent yeast infections. You may feel tenderness in your breasts, as I mentioned before, and you may feel the need to urinate more often than usual. Sex can actually be uncomfortable for some women, or the best you've ever had for others. That really depends on how your own body is reacting to the pregnancy. If you are pregnant and you notice bleeding at anytime, go to your doctor immediatley. There may be problems with the baby or the placenta.

You really won't feel anything in your belly until your 4th-5th month. Before that, the baby is just too small to kick. As for hearing things, it's most likely gas. Pregnant women tend to produce alot of gas- you'll get the burps for a while. (maybe even the other end... lol) At some point during your pregnancy you'll have a glucose screening. They do this because the baby may absorb insulan from your body, which results in gestational diabetes. (i had it) You will also have your blood pressure monitored with every visit- and your doctor will ask for a urine sample with every visit. They will use that to check for traces of calcium and other abnormalities caused by pregnancy. You'll have an ultrasound around 6 months, and again closer to your due date. Remember to eat healthy, and get plenty of exercise.

See the main problem with your question is no one is the same... not everyone gets the same symptoms and some get none at all... so I could go into elaborate detail on my experiences and you could experience none at all and still be pregnant. Your Dr should be able to give you all the information you need. And most of the time a urine test is accurate. The only time I can see where it would say you were - and have that be wrong is testing too soon (and/or having your urine too diluted... thats why I wait for the first one in the morning) or a defective test. The last 2 times I used the digital one... I dont recall the brand,

Here is the best I can do. I had exhaustion, moodiness, frequent urination, food aversion, mild unfamiliar cramping at least two weeks before my period was due, breast tenderness and swelling, bloating, nausea and missed period. Now, I never heard anything going on in my tummy except like when my tummy would churn because I was hungry. I didn't start feeling anything in my tummy until the baby started moving at 17 weeks. I do recall thinking that I had a yeast infection due to some burning sensations in my vag. area. I don't remember sex feeling any different, I was just more bloated. I am very in tune with my body so I noticed some of these symptoms right off the bat, but was in denial of the fact that I was pregnant.

I did not bleed at all, but it is different with every pregnancy and from woman to woman.

Urine test can have false negatives due to a low amnt of the horomone that can't be detected right away. Might be due to a possible threatened miscarriage.

I took 4 first response and all came out positive and one clinic pee test that also came out positive. I was only 6 days late. Good luck!

All of the following was learned in my EMT-B class. It is no replacement for the knowledge of a certified OB-GYN.

Some women may have no pregnancy symptoms at all. And some women know if they're pregnant the next day. The most reliable test is one done at a clinic, not at home. A home urine test only detects the amount of progesterone in your body. False results can come because your body may not have started producing raised amounts of the hormone yet (false negative), or you may naturally have raised amounts of the hormone (a false positive).

The common symptoms of pregnancy (with trimesters) are:

Missed menstrual cycles (1st)
Nausea (1st-3rd)
Headaches/Migraines (1st-3rd)
Breast tenderness/soreness (1st-2nd)
Changing appetite (2nd-3rd)
Mood changes (1st-2nd)
Firmness in the pelvic area (1st)
Increased urination (1st & 3rd)

A lot of these, if you get any of them at all, generally don't show up until between the 1st-3rd month of pregnancy, and usually subside after the 4th-5th month, only to have some of them show up again around the 8th-9th month.

The fetus doesn't usually start moving noticably until about the 4th month. That's when you can feel the "kick" against your abdomen.

Your body will change a lot, or a little. Some women may gain 90lbs, some don't gain any weight at all. Your breasts will get larger (due to milk production) no matter what, but they may go back to their previous size after you stop breast feeding.

The vagina will stretch quite a bit while giving birth but should return to it's normal size within a month or so if no vaginal tearing occured, though area soreness and general discomfort may last up to 3 months after birth. Sex will be the same, but you may have to find different positions for comfort and accessability(such as on your side) as the pregnancy gets farther along due to the increased tummy size. You can have sex until the 8th month only with doctor approval.

Although some menstrual spotting during pregnancy may occur, bleeding from the vaginal area at any time during pregnancy should be reported to your doctor immediately, as it may a sign of serious problems, such as an infection. Cramping (before the due date) could also be a warning sign, and should also be reported to your doctor.

Everyone isn't the same but some of the symptoms could be nausea, vomitting, tiredness ( i didn't get these symptoms but some people do), In my case I lost a few pounds before I gained any weight. I also lost my appetite and I would get full with only a few bites. Then after a few months I was always hungry and I gained weight normally. I was able to have intercourse through most of my prgnancy but it can get harder to do towards the last months so you might have to stop.

You must test your urine with a test paper if it is a positive sign you get pregnant but if it is negative you are no pregnant. But I think you are better to see a doctor if you want a convinced test.
The early symptoms for a pregnant woman is not similar.Someone will have indications such as wanting to vomit, wanting a certain special food, wanting a sour fruits, headache, lazy, weak have no energy for standing and walking, always want to sleep etc

Nausea (especially when you smell any kind of food), sometimes cramping (feels like you're going to start), tender breasts (they hurt), missing your period. Get a pregnancy test. The most expensive is usually what is best.
