Call their local inter-group or world services in New York for a contact name or number. If it is a remote area and you can't find anything in the phone book, check the classified for a meeting or the local cops will usually know they are too.
Maybe before you call new york, I would call a bigger town in Australia you make a contact anywhere in the country they can keep directing you to someone else who will know.
