123 at 5'6 is more than enough. I don't think you need to put on a few pounds at all. It will be very hard to lose them afterwards.

The best thing to do is to exercise daily before bedtime and refresh with a cold shower. This feels awesome. Just stretch your leg muscles. I am working on this other great plan. To become lean and strength like a superhero. Do 4 sets of 10 or 15 pushups and situps daily and increase the amount be five each month. Trust me this works without the gym. And you don't become lazy anymore.

Exercise! Try the stairs....I know it sounds like you'll lose weight, but you can gain it in the right places by using isometrics while you jog up and down the stairs....or use a step machine. Hold your butt muscles and stomach muscles tight while you step up and down. Seriously....it works like magic. I'm 5'6" at 110 lbs and you have to work and squeeze those muscles to build them.
I assume you know that you have to eat healthy food too right?

NO NO NO NO fat adding! It won't work. You'll just gain all over, or somewhere you don't want it.
MUSCLE adding! Become a great dancer, build up those thigh and butt muscles! Take up speed skating (that'll give you really big thighs.)

It depends on how old you are. If you're under 24, you are still growing and developing, so any attempt to add to any area may not what you want as you grow up. Be patient, take the time to grow up. Get plenty of sleep, as that is when you do all your growing and developing.

Eat some unhealthy stuff. Don't overdue it though. If you had a couple Starbucks Frappuccinos or Haagendaaz ice cream you'd be set.

Your appropriate healthful (skinny) weight on your age & top is one hundred twenty lbs, one hundred fifteen - a hundred twenty five kilos. you're a splash "underweight" now (at 113), it would be silly and "undesirable" to attempt to lose greater weight once you're already too skinny.
