slope is (y-y)/(x-x) = -4/25
try taking it from there

(-13,9) and (12,5)

m = (5 - 9)/(12 - (-13))
m = (-4)/(12 + 13)
m = (-4)/(25)
m = (-4/25)

(-13,9), m = (-4/25)
9 = (-4/25)(-13) + b
9 = (52/25) + b
225 = 52 + 25b
25b = 173
b = 173/25

ANS : y = (-4/25)x + (173/25)
