A friend of mine used to swear by a day of eating only cooked plain rice and nothing more! Drink lots of water too. I did it once and I have to admit my legs felt better after. Never heard of water retention on boobs though! Surely it's a good thing if you have it there?

Believe it or not, drink water. And you can also buy over the counter water pills. Check with your Doctor to make sure any other medications you are taking will not interact with them. You can also buy herbs that will help you take off excess water.
