I think you should use the ladies room. As long as its not too obvious youre a man. You should probably try to pee sitting down though so you don't attract attention to yourself

I've never been arrested or even talked to by a cop because of it, but where I used to live it is against the law for a man, even dressed like a gurl, to use the ladies' potty. In a bar or club, gay or str8, I use the dress/gender oriented one. It doesn't seem to bother anyone as long as you just go in and do your business -ladylike- and get out.

In public it's a whole different ballgame! I'm very passable and was in a city park a long, long time ago and because of the law decided to use the men's room. As I walked to the stall a guy in there told me I must be lost and said if I stayed there I was running the risk of getting raped. I laughed, I was young, I figured "what are the odds?", besides I had my plan, a quickie bj and I'd be left alone! Wrong!! When he found out I had no vag, he beat the crap out of me! It only happened once but I decided to just screw the f**king law!! Do whatever makes you comfortable, you decide.

For sure. I can completely understand wanting to feel safe, you hear about trans and cross dressed men getting the crap beaten out of them in men's restrooms. I would definately use the women's.

And if any women have any problems with it, they can get the f*ck over it. Your right to be safe trumps their desire to not have to deal with anyone whose gender performance deviates from what they want.

Do you really think a man dressed as a woman is really safe in the ladies bathroom??? Think again. We have a long enough queue in the ladies, thank you.

Honestly, if I saw a crossed dressed man in the womens bathroom.... I really wouldn't give a crap. As long as he isn't in there to peep (you know... fake being a cross dresser). I think its safer for cross dressers to be in the womans bathroom rather than the mans bathroom. You never know if there might be a very homophobic man in the mens bathroom and going in there could cause some serious problems for you.

The comments approximately Australia are loopy. They rather have been initially a Gun Nut us of a and protested while their government had to take them away. in spite of the fact that, they have not had a mass taking photos considering that 1992 as a result and the Australians (even people who protested) will now inform you they sense lots safer. besides, no longer all weapons have been taken away; people nevertheless have searching rifles and if a foul guy or boogie guy broke into your place, you may nevertheless have the flexibility to do loads of injury with a searching rifle. My factor - can we actual want each American to have get right of entry to to gadget weapons and sniper rifles? can no longer we limit particular gun get right of entry to and purely make hand weapons and searching rifles available? basically asserting.

If you feel safer in the ladies restroom in public, I'd use the ladies restroom. You never know how a man may react to you in the mens restroom. Good luck

I'm sure in either bathroom the people would feel awkward around you since there isn't a men's, women's, and "both" stall.
I'd say to go to the men's, since women would probably be repulsed, and the men would just feel wierd.

No way! Just because you dress like a woman doesn't mean you are one. I'm sure the ladies wouldn't like it either.
