I currently had a group of friends over and one of my friends asked if he could invite his friend. I've known this guy and seen him at school, sometimes even hanging out with him. A few days ago he took my psp and tried to take the charger but took my verizon phone charger instead. He keeps denying that he took it but one of my friends said he saw him take the psp and a cord(my phone charger). This friend is very credible and I've known a long time. Well the guy who took it is a different story. What should I do? is there anywhere I can contact or any plans that you guys have? my friend is currently going to try and get something of the guy who stole my psp or ask him for it but what if that isn't successful?

You need to call the police immediately! Call or have your parents call the non-emergency number for the local police. Then explain to them that someone took your PSP and you know who did it and have a witness.
Get the guy's name that stole it. Make sure you get his first and last name and find out where he lives. Then the police will go talk to him and his parents and most likely he will return your PSP. Don't do anything yourself or you could end up getting into trouble. Just find out his full name and where he lives from someone and then contact the police on the phone.

Its gone. I hate say it but I had recently bought a cell and I took it to my cousins house. Well long story short it went missing. A friend said my cousin was looking at it. I don't know for sure who stole it but I never to this very day seen it again. So you might as well give up. SORRY.

If your friend can't get it back, enlist the help of a mutual friend who knows this kid as well. Once he sees the psp to confirm this kid actually has it, call the cops and they'll get it back for you. Those things are really expensive honey and it might be wise to let mom and dad know what is going on so that they can help you.

Get your friends together and threaten to kick his a** if he doesn't return it.
My iPod was stolen by my brother's friend. My brother threatened him and though he still denies he took it the guy returned it claiming he found it.
With some ppl, that's the only way they will respond.
