If by, "Picking on the Jews", you mean the fact that they were the ones who ultimately did the big no, no, that got Him crucified...that is not picking on. That is simply the facts. That doesn't make it a racial problem. More, it makes it an understanding problem.
Of all the people who exsisted at that time, the Jews, who had the laws, the prophisies, and the education...refused to see the evidence right in front of them.
Thus, they condemned Him who they were supposed to be expecting. Mel Gibson is not a Jew...he simply told the story as it occured. What more could you want?

I don't know who's the number 1 Jew is, but Mel Gibson said what he said while he was drunk... so maybe he was hiding his real feelings all along. Because once you're drunk, you become honest.

It was a drunk babbling a bunch of nonsense. And since only the cops were sober, (supposedly) how will we know what was really said. The cops might have lied to get national attention. Maybe the studio that turned down his "Passion" movie was pissed and set the whole thing up.
