Have you ever had a Pen Pal?

When I was a kid growing up in England and Germany I used to have them all the time...before this new fangled interweb came along!

My cousins in Wales and Montana were and I guess still are my pen pals, I love writing letter still and being old fashioned but use the interweb more and more these days.

I used to be a pen pal to some crazy Russian chick as well come to think of it..I eventually went over and visited her - that is a different story though!

Yes ,Through the UN pen pal program.We still write 30 years later.

My pen pal was kathy spencer from sydney australia. she was 9 at the time. I was nearly 7. We started writing when our teacher did a summer program over there and brought back addresses of kids who wanted pen pals from america.

I had this in school, but I never got a response back from my pen pal, the other kids did, it made me sad.

Definitely! I have several wonderful pen pals who I found right here!!! Now my two fingers go typity typity typity all the time!

I had a few when I was a child, but I guess I can consider my boyfriend to be my pen pal because we send each other cards because he is at grad school.

I had a pen pal in my 20's. The Internet wasn't yet so accessible to the masses. -just local BBS's and Chatlines.

nah not anymore lol its a waste of time, its so easier to do it on the net its much faster. Why? do ya wonna become pen pals? lol
