Ok,,so I was never fat neither thin,,,just average,,my boobs where big about a D cup,,,then I went down to 148 pounds (I'm very tall and this is suposively my ideal weight) and nothing happen. But then I went down to 138 pounds and my breasts went down to a B cup..There great I mean perky and stuff. My question is this,,, I heard in some of the other answers that once your breasts start to reduce while you're losing weight it means that you are losing to much weight,, or that you are in some tipe of body starvation,,, Does anyone know if this is true,, cause I want to lose more weight.

Actually i has twice experience about it, the reason same with u - slimming. Before pregnant, i went to slimming centre for slimming, at first, i was 57kg and my breasts was C cup. After, 47kg and my breasts also went down to A cup.
So awkward when i wear the low cut dress....!!
When i pregnant, my breasts "rise again" to C cup, even after half year fr given birth, my breasts still C cup, (i never feed the breasts milk to my baby, cuz i ate the medicine for relieved pain of operated), but now i execution for slimming again, i just reduced 5kg only (weight 55kg), but my breasts already went down to A cup, i've massage the breasts after bath, but useless...
So now, i made the decision already. if i want keeping for slimming, i must forgot my breasts will getting smaller and smaller.... and now i have to buy the A cup bra...
No choice... How to do???

Well I think that if your ideal weight is 148 and you are now 138 you should STOP losing weight!!! Don't try and be too thin, i mean that's really not attractive!!! Besides the ideal weights that the docotors give you are usually a rough estimate, so yours might be on the high end of the "ideal weight". So you shouldn't be pushing to go smaller. Just be happy that you've done such a great job at losing it in the first place, and strive to maintain. :)

I'm not a Dr., but I do know that aside from mammary glands, breasts are just fat tissue. If your ideal weight is around 145, and your breasts got smaller after you dropped below that, then yes..you have lost too much weight.
The body gets energy from fat stores when it is not getting enough nutrients/energy from regular means (food)
Women naturally have more fat stores in our hips and breasts. Most of us don't notice or mind when the hips go, so a significant loss in our breasts is a sign that something is wrong.

I don't know why you'd want to loose more if your at your (medical) ideal. I think that's the bigger question here.

Personally, I don't find skeletons at all sexy!

I'm no breast expert, but breasts are made up of fat and it is more likely to lose wheight there first. Like I said before I'm no expert on boobs or anything but I know that it's pretty normal to loose weight in your breasts unless it's all muscle, so maybe excersising will make your boobs stronger and the next time you want to lose weight you'll be able to keep your breasts.

I don't know... I had my weight go up and down a lot over the years, from as low as 108 lb to as high as 171 lbs, and the breasts got saggier with each weight loss and therefore sat in the bra cups differently... but they didn't really get smaller at all.

I had reduction surgery a few months ago and went from DDD to a C. So I don't know if you and me have similar enough bodies to really compare well, but maybe check you are just more droopy and not really smaller?...

actually the breast is one of the last areas that you gain weight and one of the first areas that you loose weight. This is because the breasts actually have a different type of fat cell than the rest of the body which is easier for your body to create and is also easier for your body to burn off.
Fat is actually pretty hard to burn. For instance the fat that that's been around longer is the fat you'll burn off last.

breasts are made of fat tissue, so its true that you will lose breast size when you lose weight. unfortunately, it is very hard to lose weight in only specific areas of your body, it sounds like you'll lose more size if you lose more weight. i dont think it means you're starving yourself though. just make sure you're losing the weight slowly and excercising as you do it. dont lose all of it all at once. thats bad for you.

It's just equilizing the lost weight throughout your body. However, if you're not eating much, I recommend against that. Nothing is better than eating a decent amount and exercising it off.

Body fat also goes to the boob area, if you lose weight and lose in that area, your just losin excess fat.
