Sure, but have the person over 21 be there to present an ID or something. You have to be at least 18 I believe.

And remember, always use protection!

well you have to be 18 to check into a motel/hotel. so technically the 21 year old could sing up and pay for the room and then you could stay there but not really truthful.

Here's an advice you'll thank me for when you're a mature adult, with all due respect.
unless you're with a responsible respectable adult or have the require age to check into a room, you have no business in a hotel room!

Everything is possible and doable. The adult will most likely get in severe trouble though. A wide range of felony and misdemeanor charges come to mind Including, but not limited to: Contributing to the delinquency of minor, exploitation of a minor, endangering a minor, pimping, whatever the system really wants to do to you or them to put it bluntly. Snitches are everywhere, anyone and everyone. Including yourself.

You'd need to check with the hotel. Sometimes the person who checks in has to be the one to pay.

Don't know where you live, but it is legal to do that almost anywhere. The person signing in will be responsible for the room.

I think its possible, as long as you're not checking into it yourself. They wont really know who the room belongs to.

Probably depends on the hotel.. If it's a crappy hotel, they really don't care. Especially if it's the low season.

yes, i own a string of motels...you can do that....have fun, you can also legally trash the joint, because its not your name on the paperwork...you can pretty much do what you want, throw a wild party...smash tv's....man..the possibilities are endless.
