Well, when I get mad, I used to just hold it in. But it proved fatal when I started having problems to control my anger. 3 months ago I got really angry about something, I left the building and I just ran the whole km back home. By the time I arrived home, I felt amazingly relieved! I could even face the one who made me mad with a smile a few minutes later!
Since then, I always use up my "anger adrenaline" that way.

I give vent to my anger by tearing up the unwelcome letter that demanded payment of my debt.

By doing Taebo everyday. That is a really good way to vent. You can pretend it is someone who deserves an *** kicking and learn self defense at the same time.

I find sports, working out, running, tennis. Take it out physically. On your self!

Do some peaceful meditation. Remember that others do not make you angry and only you can make yourself angry. Best way to vent it is to let it go and understand that only a peaceful mental thoughts are the best.

Martial Arts. Nothing like kicking the crap out of something in a controlled environment. :-)

i go for a long quiet drive to the mountains alone...and relax......then i get to the dam and sit by the water and listen to the creeks run till i feel totally relaxed... then i go home which takes 30 min.....back to reality.....

by nothing....maybe post my feeling here...look at my shell collections talking to friends and maybe yell at that person giving them a peice of your mind.
