I would have to say that was no real friend. She probably hides from her shame as well as she should. A friend will never hurt you intentionally and given the story if the situation was reversed could you have done what she did? She should have never done this and begged for forgiveness. I would suggest getting a friend who values you and respect your feelings without that how good of a friendship can it be? Good luck and find yourself someone worthy or your gift of friendship!

First have to ask yourself why you want to even talk to her. Is it for some kind of revenge or self redemption against her or do you miss your friendship. She is probably hiding for embarrasment, fear or guilt. You may still feel betrayed, because you are missing some kind of closure with her, Did you have opportunity to really talk to her about it, or was time spent in anger and tears. If she is hiding and you want to seek her out, sounds like their is some kind of power struggle you want to prove. Also sounds like this all happened a long time ago, and your time might be better spent moving on, making new friends.

They are both to blame for the betrayal. You deserve a better friend and a better man. The trust is now gone. You can forgive them in the end, but you do not have to ever trust them again. She should hide everytime she sees you, she knows she messed up big time!

i'm not sure about your question. so i would make two situation:
1. Your best friend slept with your husband while you were still married: Oh no, should not be involved with her.
2. Your best friend slept with your husband after you divorced: Well, if you still like her, then let her know it, of course if you have absolutely no problem of their relatonship. Otherwise, give her the green light and leave her to make the decision of seeing you or not.

No that just isn't right. Last I checked there are about 4 billion people on this planet. Both should have found someone else.

do you want to be friends with her? Do you want to talk to her about what she did to feel better yourself? She hides because she's afraid to face you. If you think talking to her would make you get over hurt feelings.... go for it.

I wouldn't still be her friend...especially if she hasn't apologized and asked for your forgiveness. And she knows she doesn't deserve your friendship; that's why she hides.

She should hide. She doesn't deserve your friendship or anything else. Move on. She's an awful nasty person.
