Two inches.
Most of the nerve endings involved in sex are near the entrance to the vagina. Further in there are fewer nerve endings, so length is not a major factor in stimulation.
Width may be a problem, but proper technique deals with this.
So, if you are at least two inches erect, and you have a good initial partner that shows you how to stimulate the clitoris, you won't have problems.

I don't think anyone actually ever studied a "minimum" of that, but many say it's the how and not the size.

at the VERY minimum........10 inches soft... and at LEAST 6 inches around. Anything smaller than that is not worth being a straight man.
