The sickest is called Martin. You MUST watch this
Bram Stoker's Dracula is fantastic with Gary Oldman as D.
The Christopher Lee Dracula series is worth a watch - cheesy
The Lost Boys was pretty good if you can stand Keiffer Sutherland.
Somebody above mentioned Nosferatu. there's the original '22 version (B+W silent) and a '77 remake. It is the Dracula story but they had to change names and places because Bram Stoker's wife wouldn't give them permission to make Dracula into a movie. The original is great but I love the poster to the '77.
Vampyr is another really old movie released about the same time. Really good is you can stand B+W. Nice coffin! Not much blood in them, though.
For sheer cheese, My Best Friend Is A Vampire.
Buffy The Vampire Slayer with Luke Perry and Paul Ruebens aka Pee Wee Herman.

I'll add my faves! No one has said the From Dusk Til Dawn. It's got George Clooney and a really young Juliette Lewis and if you like Quentin Tarintino, it's one of his.
Interview With The Vampire
Queen of the Damned
Love at First Bite (It's Dracula in New York comedy, but classic!)
The Lost Boys (Best closing line to a film EVER!)
The Hunger
Fright Night (classic!)
Blood and Donuts
Daughters of Darkness
Buffy the Vampire Slayer (Hokey fun. Look for Pee-Wee Herman as the vampire second)
Bram Stoker's Dracula
A ton of Dracula films too choose from. I have a particular soft spot for the black and white films of yore, like Dracula's Daughter. It's good to know them.
Look for series like Angel, Forever Knight, Dark Shadows, and Buffy. New Blade series is out now too.
Happy Hunting!

The absolute best (??)
~ Without a doubt, "An Interview With A Vampire" starring none other than Tom "jump over couch" Cruise, Mr. OVERrated, Brad Pitt & a very young Kirsten Dunst.
My other pick would be, Bram Stoker's Dracula directed by Francis Ford Coppola, it's got all the elements you've mentioned, i.e. blood, sensuality, gore, thriller, suspense, romance, etc.

How about a classic Interview with a vampire. or Queen of the Damned was alright. Bram Strokers Dracula, or how about some humor. Lesly Neilson's Dead and Loving it. but if you want a good experance and have a good imagination I suguest Anna Rices books the Vampire Chronicles they are very long novels but she is such a great writer that it was almost like watching a movie to me. I hadn't read a book since high school and one of the guys I worked with talked me into reading the book Interview with a Vampire, it was a 600+ page book and i read it in two days. so hope this little list helps you out.

Vampires los muertos, its in English, so don't worry, the title is in Spanish though! Just the title, cause I've seen the movie several times on tv! It's a really good movie! There's this one scene where this one dude gets sliced in half, great movie!
