No. If you manage to actually ingest and not inhale the smoke, it would get burped out. There is no way for the smoke to travel your digestive tract without the particles coming in contact with the wet walls. Nope, the only way for smoke to come out your backdoor is if smoke goes in that way.

Nope. I think the only way to fart smoke is to insert it into then expel it from the butthole. I think you should get some pink smoke from the magic store and try it.
