Ask a pharmacist first. Usually taking two of a similar medicine is not good but I was told by my doctor (and it was also okayed by a pharmacist) that 3 Advil and 2 Extra Strength Tylenol all together will knock out a migraine.

No, but be carefull. They both have acetaminophen in them, to much is bad for you. You can take Ibuprofen with the Tylenol sinus and be OK, and it will knock out that sinus migraine. Hope this helps...

no they won't they are differant drugs. Like tylenol and motrin they are safe to give a child with a high fever piggy back because they are two differant drugs but do the same thing. But you still have to be careful not to over do it either. They should not be taken together. A hour apart or more apart is safe to take them then.

YES...YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE BOTH! PLEASE! They will do more harm than good if you take both ok..the ingredient "acetaminophen" in both medicines you will be getting a double dose. And all excedrin has in it to help with migrianes it the one ingredient "caffiene"..that is the only difference between Tylenol and Excedrin?? Hope this helps,

there is no such thing as "canceling out" with medication. If I were you I would NOT take them both at the same time.

no, but it might kill your liver. they both use the same pain killer, acetaminophen, and taking more than the recommended amount can be very dangerous.

I think they might make you feel loopy. I wouldn't advise it.
