Hello, my name is Jason and I’m a 37 year old man and have lived on my own all my adult life. I've always been a loner and often bullied, especially by the woman next door. However a few months back my life took the most dramatic turn for the better. Not only did I win $3.8 million on the lottery but the woman who I thought hated me confessed she secretly was in love with me and always had been. She explained she only bullied me as she loved me but didn’t think I would be with her. Suddenly I have loads of money and a model like girlfriend, I feel like the luckiest man in the world.
We are now getting married and I mentioned a prenup and she flipped and said what was the point in getting married if I don’t trust her. I feel so bad about being so insensitive to her. I need to make this up to her. I was contemplating transferring all the money into her name to show just how much I love and trust her. Has anyone had problems with suggesting prenups and how did you deal with it?

Im not trying to be funny by any means but are you blankty blank serious?? okay lets say what you are saying is real do you really want to marry this woman? baby if she love you like she "claims" she does then the prenup wont mean anything the marriage is suppose to last right? if you want to make her feel safe and still save your self put a clause in it. something both of you agree on it but make sure you do it where you are still protected. Also get some good legal help my God you can afford it. And congrats wish it was me well not the whole thing just alittle bit lol

Is this a joke? You got to be having fun with us. Nobody would be so dumb as to transfer all there money to a chick. Well if this is a real question and not a joke then I'd suggest you get her to sign a prenup, Look what happened to Paul McCartney, he didn't sign a prenup and he's going to lose half of everything. Tell her no prenup no marriage. In fact don't even marry her go find some hot strippers for awhile hang out with them and enjoy your money, you'd have to be a complete moron to give her your money. Presuming that this isn't a joke.

Are you for real???
This woman treated you like crap UNTIL she found out you WON 3.8 million dollars & NOW all of a sudden she is confessing a secret love for you???
Then she flips out when you DO THE RIGHT THING & mention a prenup????
DOES ANY OF THIS SEND UP RED FLAGS???????
She is flipping out & trying to turn you into the bad guy & trying to lay a guilt trip on you so you WON'T make her sign the prenup!!!
DOES ANY OF THIS SEND UP RED FLAGS???????
DUDE!!! She WANTS THE MONEY & NOT YOU!!!! If she LOVED you she would have said it BEFORE THE MONEY!!!!! & a prenup would NOT BOTHER HER!!!!!!!!
I applaud you for your insight into getting the prenup, but man if you actually marry her with or without the prenup you are in BIG TROUBLE!!!!!!
IF YOU SIGN THE MONEY OVER TO HER..... YOU WILL BE BROKE & DIVORCED WITHIN A YEAR!!!!!!

I hope that this is a joke.Because if it isn't your a fool NOT to have a prenup with this women.I don't know a women past the age of 12 that bullies a man because she was in love with him.As for transferring your money into her account. You will soon see that you have the word sucker written all over you.Find yourself a women who loves YOU not Your MONEY.
I marrying a Man who asked for a prenup.I did not find it insulting or think he didn't trust me.I said yes right away. Why?Because I am marrying the man I love, not his money.

So far she has only been nice to you when she thinks she has a shot at your money. If she really loved YOU, she wouldn't care about the money. The fact that she flipped out is a good reason to follow through with the prenup. Don't let her start bullying you again.

Honestly why do people have a problem with a Prenup? Love has nothing to do with money. And besides she should only worry about maintaining a standard of living that she may have become accustomed too. A prenup would cover her butt wouldn't it?

I don't know I'm not a lawyer...

DON'T DO IT! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!

She bullied you and all of a sudden she's in love with you when you become a millionaire? She's a gold digger! Criminy! Wake up! I know you're lonely but honey, please. I'm a woman - I've seen other women act like this. I know of what I speak - I used to work estate and trust law. Get a prenup. Any woman who screams about trust when a pre-nup is mentioned is bad news - trust me. Stick to your guns. Do not feel bad about it. Let me guess - she is saying you don't trust her and you don't love her. She is manipulating you. Don't let her.

And women DO NOT treat men like dirt when they are truly in love with them.

If you have any questions about the law, feel free to email me, I will help you the best I can but for the love of all that is holy, do not give your money to this woman.

Oh yes, they always cause trust issues to surface. I say run like heck away from you man. You can find a model girlfriend elsewhere.
