Im getting the same pain in the corner of my breast as well, and it is very tender to the touch. are you a week or so before your period? if so, that may be the problem. the majority of women get migraines and tender breasts a week BEFORE their period. although I am not used to the focused pain in the corner of my breast, it may very well be I need a better fitting bra, and that may apply to you as well! give yourself a examination, by lifting your one arm, and with the arm closest to the breast, feel it in a circling motion, you will feel mammary glands, but youll definately know if there is a lump, it will move with your touch most of the time. but like I said, most women dont wear the right size of bra, so that might be the very cause of your discomfort.

Both may be down to poor posture, you need to consider exercise and to strengthen your back and shoulders
