Trim the split ends . Go to a beauty supply store (sallys , etc) or a hair salon & get a conditioning treatment. Wash your hair with mosturizing shampoo, rinse, then put the conditioning treatment in. Leave it in for 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse out. Comb. & do not straighten it the next day . When you use a blow dryer, flat iron, curling iron , etc then put a heat protecting spray in first !

Zinc and Biotin rich food.
Oysters contain more zinc per serving than any other food, but red meat and poultry provide the majority of zinc in the American diet. Other good food sources include beans, nuts, certain seafood, whole grains, fortified breakfast cereals, and dairy products
