Well, I don't know if there's any real easy way about it. Everyone is different and has different circumstances. For one you could buy an ovulation kit from the store for starters to help you know when your most likely fertile. Have sexual intercourse at least every other day during this time period. Here are also some other ideas that have been tossed around. Raise your hips up on a pillow afterwards to help facilitate the sperm upwards, stay flat for at least an hour, don't get too stressed out, take a prenatal vitamin, cut back on caffeine, eat healthy, exercise, take Robitussin during your fertile period. There are so many things you can try, but I think when the time is right the time will be right! Don't rush it and enjoy the practice!

Have as much sex as possible around 12 - 16 days after the ceasation of your last period. This is your most fertile time of the month. Also you could start taking you vaginal temperature at the same time every day from day 10 - 20. The day the temperature is highest is your most fertile day. Of course you would need to average this out over a couple of months to ensure accuracy.

I was told by a Dr. that if you want to get preg to have sex every 2 days it lets the guy have a break to build up more sperm.
