so angry? Some of them you can tell just by the pictures they use to represent themselves, their faces look contorted with hate. Others spew constant attacks, personal and general, 24/7. Does anyone else get sick and tired of all the president bashing and anger and vulgarity?

I just posted this question minutes ago and the libs on here have already proven my point. Bible thumping? Where'd that come from? I said nothing about you not having a right to say whatever you want. I do have free speech rights just like you do!

When people are overcome by "reality" they tend to lash out. When people such as this are in a "fight or flight" mentality they tend to act like complete idiots. Thus, the liberalism gone amuck.

And the funny part is watching the voting.

Some of them it is probably just sour grapes. Others might be looking for attention. Some are just the sheep who vote along party lines (this can also apply to some conservatives). I just get sick and tired of it because it's the same old stuff from over a year ago. They could at least try and make it sound like something new. (Uh oh, here come the party liners to give me some thumb's downs.)

You just gotta let it go - but also realize that you asked a loaded question. Many people on here are spewing hate and other ridiculous things - face it - people are passionate about politics - especially today with 24/7 news, lyonmentaries (Michael Moore), and bloggers. It's no wonder that no one feels heard - everyone is talking but no one is listening.

I get tired of the hate speech about Bush - it's everywhere. Now there is a new short film (independent) called "Death of a President" where they have pasted Bush's head digitally onto the body of an actor, who gets ASSASSINATED!!. It's atrocious to me and I don't understand the lack of respect for a sitting President. Dissent is fine - but this is out of control. I wasn't fond of Clinton, but I didn't call him names (still don't), Carter was terrible and loves dictators but I respect him for his service (and nothing more) - people today have no respect for the office and in my opinion, no respect for the USA.

I'm not really liberal or conservative, but I hate Bush too. A lot of the people in my family and even my husband's family feel that Bush played a part in 9/11, and maybe even set it all up altogether. It's pretty darn obvious. God bless you too.

I think both sides could claim the same thing. I have heard from many people that you should never discuss politics or religion with friends- and sometimes even family- because people have strong opinions on both, and will get immediately defensive of their viewpoints. I think right now the US is really very divided on ideology, and both those issues, religion and politics, are boiling points. Both sides are aggressive, and can use inflammatory language and expression when debating.

Perhaps your own views are coloring your perception. From what I've seen on this site, it is conservative Christians who seem to be attacking others and showing intollerance.

Personally -- I don't get angry about very much. Granted, I've been known to do some president bashing -- but it is not because of my anger. It is because of his greed and incompetence.

Now -- look at my avatar. Have you ever seen friendlier eyes?

Turn about is fair play or all is fair in love and war. Take your pick. I guess that conservatives have never done the same thing. I must be hallucinating on my late nite coffee.

Ya that Rush Limbaugh never spews out crap. And Ann Coulter is a nice lady and misunderstood. If I had a dime for every conservative cry baby I'd own this country. Let me give you some cheese for your whine.

I am very liberal but I don't think my face looks contorted with hate and I rarely attack anyone unless they joke about child molesting or something awful like that. Please don't paint all liberals with the same brush.

So in America it is no longer ok to speak as you feel. There is no more free speech, we all have to think like repuke's, omg no. I could never be that greedy or harsh, or stupid, I am just not made that way.
