The point is hes still married and he has to respect you and his child enough to do right by the both of you and with that being said why has he not filed for a divorce since the marriage didnt work WHATS THE HOLD UP and as for asking if hes a keeper you already know the answer to this question but the clear message you need to send him is that you are not second best and you will not lower yourself to second best for him or anyone else.

He's still married yet living with you and you have a child? That's called adultery, as long as he is still married to someone else he is cheating on his wife and marriage. So he's got the best of both worlds. He has a wife and tax deductions and he has a chippie (you) on the side. If you like being used, sure keep him.

Not meanin' to be rude, but a bit of food for thought for you. Why would you buy a cow if you can get the milk for free? Same concept. Why would he marry you when he can get what he wants from you and come and go as he pleases the rest of the time?

Well,, I think that,,he should of divorced his ex a long time ago,, the longer he is married to her even if they are separated, he is gonna owe alimony,,,,
if you both love each other and meant to be together,, stay with him, but let him know that he should file for divorce asap...

It's hard to truly move forward when your still married to another person. He needs to take care of old unfinished business.
Just my thoughts.....

Why doesn't he get a divorce? If he is not planning on being with the wife then he should divorce. You should talk to him about it. If he is not willing to divorce then dump him.

I don't understand why is he still married? Finances, children or maybe just by choice.

That's very personal, and something you have to think long and hard about, yourself.
