The melting point is when solid and liquid are in equilibrium. This is when the Gibb's free energy of solid and liquid are the same.

G(s)=G(l) or H(s)-TS(s)=H(l)-TS(l)

so put in the numbers and solve for T. It will not be exact as H is temperature dependent.
