Silver! White is a little too reserved for a lime-green Marilyn dress. Silver (along with a silver bag, preferably) would be smashing.

why not buy white shoes and dye them to match the dress,or use an off white, I think a white will show up too much.

Definitely white, however, you could go with a nude coloured shoe to keep the focus on the dress.
