Yes, you can have premature puberty, late puberty and no puberty. These are typically caused by hormonal problems/endocrine system problems, and are very rare.

A male can retain his pre-pubescent qualities if his testes are removed (castration) prior to puberty. This was done during the Roman empire to preserve the soprano voices of the boys - the boys were known as castrati and were highly respected.

No, you will go thru puberty. So get ready and enjoy all the new wonders of your body. They are many and marvelous. Some of the greatest coming from the penis. It is a great thing and will bring great joy. Just take good care of it.

Absolutely.

For boys and girls both.

Usually there is treatment.

More common in boys than girls.

See a pediatric endocrionologist if you are delayed past the time your gender-matched parent went through or when your gender-matched sibling entered puberty.

Good luck.

Yes it is, actually, I went to school with someone who had to receive hormones because his body wasn't producing the ones required to kick start it. However, to my knowledge, this is extremely rare, and if you're someone young asking this, don't panic. I'd wait till your 2nd year of high school before asking questions.

What is the harm in going through all the stages of life? Each stage has some value.

think about this for a second. for guys your balls would never drop, your penis wouldn't really grow, no chest hair, arm pit hair, or facial hair, a girly voice for the rest of your life. for girls, we wouldn't have boobs or periods. everybody goes through puberty.
