So what did you learn from week 1?
Not stuff that was already known.
but what NEW info did you learn?

I learned:
1) Indy's defense is bad. This is a Tony Dungy team.
2) I knew Green Bay was going to be bad. But they are awfull!
3) Detroit plays good defense
4) Cincinnati should be better. they should have won by a lot more.

What did you learn?

1) The St. Louis Rams have a defense again under Coach Jim Haslett...yeah!
2) Detroit is much better than I thought and it was a shame they lost by a field goal to Seattle
3) The Bears beat up Green Bay, which really shocked me. I knew Green Bay didn't have a great team, but to be shut-out was amazing
4) Denver didn't impress me like it usually does

I learned that it's the NFL, not the NLF.

But, then again, I knew that before Week 1.

We also learned that Tampa Bay is way overrated and Chrissie Sims still sucks, Green Bay is horrid and Brett Favre is going to play every down (to the delight of idiotic Packer fans and his homosexual lover, John Madden) which will doom the Packers for years to come as Aaron Rodgers is further encased in cobwebs on the sidelines, Arizona's defense will be their downfall if they give up 27 to a team as bad as San Francisco, and there's no way the Cowboys get anywhere near the Super Bowl with a QB as immobile as Drew Bledsoe.

I think Baltimore is going to be really tough. With a balanced offense and a defense that looks like it's back.

Frank Gore is probably a flash in the pan in San Fran. In Fantasy football, start anyone playing the Cards or SF.

Week 1 appears to be almost a coin toss for most of the games.

Steve Smith is critical for the Panthers.

Peyton Manning really didn't look like he was head and shoulders above Eli. Acurracy yes. Both were shaky at times.

Jake Plummer and Drew Bledsoe looked terrible. They're supposed to be leading SuperBowl contenders.

I learned that Donte Stallworth is going to be much better in Philadelphia than TO ever was and that him and Donny Mac will take Philly back to the Super Bowl this year! With Brian Westbrook helping out of course!!

I learned that I liked Sunday night football better without John Madden, and I also learned that Monday night football is better without John Madden. Also, how about that Detroit "D"? Oh, and I don't care that much about two brothers quarterbacking against each other. We will not see it in the Super Bowl!!!!

Most important thing i learned: when i played fantasy football, watching games weren't nearly as interesting, because i was so distracted by individual performances i couldn't appreciate the team effort.

I learned that Willis McGahee can't hit holes and that we're definitively better off with JP Losman as compared to Bledsoe. To be perfectly honest, he had nowhere to go on that safety. Nearly as hopeless as that Hostetler one in that first SB...if only he didn't recover his own fumble...

AND

Indianapolis makes winning look easy.
