Cheap hairspray with a high alcohol content seems to work well. Just spray the stain until it's soaked and then wash in cold water. Do NOT put it in the dryer. Test it on an inconspicuous place first though. You can also try rubbing alcohol- but again, do a test spot. It might take a couple times - just make sure you do cold wash and hang dry. It may not come out though since the stain is a year old. Good luck.

hair spray. Spray hair spray on the ink mark. Then take a clean soft towel and gently rub the stain. You may have to do this several times before the stain comes out, but it will come out. (Don't be afraid to saturate the ink stain with the hairspray...get it good and wet!)

Hairspray always works on ink stains. Spray a little on the stain, let it sit for a few minutes (but do not let it dry), then wash as normal.

I got ink on khaki pants, and I used Clorox 2 for colors on it. I just put a little of the detergent on the stain and let it soak for about 15 minutes before I put it in the washer.
