This probably isn't anything to anybody,
but my sister and I and the kids in
the neighborhood used to just lie
out in the yard in the grass, look up at
the big huge blue sky and talk.
Pick out clouds that looked like stuff.
I can remember feeling the grass
in my hands and pulling it and
making little piles of it, and looking
for four-leaf clovers.
Rolling down a hill in a cardboard
barrel that my dad brought home
from somewhere.
The tire swing.
The badminton set.
The croquet set
.
The lightening bugs to put
in a jar and try to make a lantern.
Gosh, thanks, MMEEWWSS
for letting me take that trip
down memory lane.
I never would have done
it on my own!

I miss not having any responsibility's. When i was young the only thing i had to worry about was getting good grades in school, and anything i wanted to do besides that was o.k with my folks. My days used to be filled with video games and soda pop, but these days i have two children and my girlfriend to worry about, so i don't have much time for anything else. I have a lot of responsibility's on my shoulders, but the rewards are also a lot bigger as well.

Well..I don't miss anything abt being a kid for simple reason that I don't miss being a kid...I m loving each & every moment of all the different stages of my life..who wants a perfect life?..its life's ups & downs that make life worth living...i might ve been down at times while i was growing up but i was definitely never out...
