What is the internal humidity of an empty refrigerator, and is it condensating or non-condensating, generally?

I mean to say an operating refrigerator containing no food.

it should be unplugged and the door removed,locked or tied closed so kids cant get locked in and suffocate.

humidity would be the same as the air in the fridge,, no more or less,, the different foods cause the difference in humidity,, and opening and closing the door to the outside warmer air.. which means nothing in the long run as its quite stupid to run an empty fridge,, unless its to feed an empty head!!
