In my opinion, I think that those that support GW are tight-@$$ed gung-ho, closed minded, judgemental people. The insults go both ways, and I hate being insulted constantly just because I don't agree with the man in the Oval Office.
I DO watch the news (too much, according to my husband) - MSNBC is on my television right now as I type.
I DO read the newspaper, books, reports, and internet info CONSTANTLY. I do this so my opinions are well informed ones. Only an idiot would argue a point without all of the facts.
I DO vote. I don't think that anyone has the right to complain about the government and the things that have been happening without doing so. How can you have an opinion, when you did nothing to make it the way YOU want it. I vote, and then if the person I didn't vote for gets in, I wait and see how well they do at the job. If they screw up, then I will say so. There are many others that do so as well.
And I don't know how criticizing Bush relates to insulting your boss and then asking for a raise. It's not a good analogy because of a few things:
1. We are HIS boss - the President works for US
2. He does not pay us
3. He can not fire us
4. No one elects our boss
I am sorry, but I don't think that many are going to answer nicely when you are insulting them.
By the way - the word "retarded" SUCKS! It is rather insensitive. Could you just use the word "stupid" or "unintelligent"? There are more words you could use, but do I really need to list all of them???

I love this site. I love answers, and if not for anything but just to see how much people are like cattle or sheep. Have you ever seen livestock move around. There is one lead cow and it starts walking and the one behind it sees it moving and follows and then the next and the next and before you know it, they're all headed nowhere. Can anyone here remember the first mention that Bush was going to run for President. Of course not! Can anyone remember how the DNC complained that he had too much money from the start almost beating his closest rival 2 to 1 in funds. Does anyone remember how complaints were expressed saying he had an unfair advantage? Does anyone remember how his college record was brought up, then the infamous national guard pilots record. Bush flew a plane?! Hummmm? That knocks 85% of you from saying he's an idiot since he's done something, none of you can even dream about. let alone have the balls to do. Yale University with a BA in History, an MBA from Harvard. Then came the fact that he was Governor of Texas. Wonder why they didn't hold that against Clinton for being Gov. of Arkansas. LOL, I have a feeling there's a little misplaced wishful thinking. Then came his little speech impediment and word mispronunciation. The nightly jokes from Leno and Letterman. We all laughed and rolled our eyes and nodded our heads with that Cheshire Cat grin. Yeah, he wasn't the slickster. "I did not have sexual relations with that woman"! Now that was funny. We had dropped a long way since Jacquelin and Marilyn to Hillary and Monica. Amazing how Bush was an idiot for mispronunciations but Clinton wasn't a womanizer or the moral equivalent of both as if there is one. It amazes me how most can't even name 15 different nations in the world or name the seven continents or the five oceans. Does anybody know where Ceylon is, or the fact that its called Sri Lanka now or further that its an island. Yeah, he's the idiot. lets all first learn to tie our shoes while chewing gum, pay a little attention to who are the shepards for this herd of mental sheep we call a nation, stop voting in larger numbers for "American Idol" then to a presidential election, then and maybe then we might have the intellectual right to call him an idiot.
P.S.: "You will respect my authority" (Cartman-South Park)

Bush is only going to do what God tells him to. Bush himself said he doesn't read newspapers or watch the news. But I guess he votes so I guess God tells him how. Your rant is no different than the one's the so called conservatives use against Dems. Only a different word here and there. But, I agree that it is tiresome and accomplishes nothing and incites division. However, the country seems to be moving toward some kind of unity lately, despite all of the bs.

It's just you.
Blindly following along behind a "leader" just because they're the leader is foolish. You must point out the flaws of our leaders in a democratic society, especially if you feel that they are leading you down the wrong path. Not to do so is foolish and invites abuse by the powers that be. Bush, his cronies, and their policies have encouraged more terrorism than they've stopped and to not speak up and say so merely would encourage them to continue in the same fashion , though with more aplomb and less regard for the people of our country and the world.

I am afraid that perhaps you might be retarded.First of all you should clean up your language! It is a good giveaway for a person with a problem.
I subscribe to a newspaper, vote all of the tome, watch TV news(inc. Fox) and served in USAF 4 years. The problem I have with Bush is that he will not always tell the truth. Also, his Republican buddies play dirty politics. They cannot run on the issues so they are going to go for personal attacks.

I honestly don't think the people who hate President Bush are retarded, but there are several themes they seem to gravitate to...
they focus on his intelligence, they say he should be impeached (and don't give any real basis for doing so.) I'm just sick of their venom. I would feel the same regardless of which one of our President's was in office...people have no right to excoriate the President of the United States without definitive reason. So far I have read nothing that changes my mind.

Oh, well hopefully a democrat will get back into office, and just like under the last Democratic President in office, we will be attacked 5 times with nothing done about it! Than on the 6th attack towards America, 9/11, under President Bush's administration, we finally fight back after the terrorists responsible for KILLING Americans!
Only problem right now I have with him, is the fact that he isn't securing our borders well enough. Hezbollah and other terrorists boast and with pride tell about coming into America illegally through the Mexican border. Also, guardsmen were arrested for shooting back at two illegals trying to cross the border, ILLEGALLY! And they are punished for protecting our borders! We need a strong government to lead a strong country, and we might be on top of things in other parts of National Defense, but when borders are wide open it contradicts everything on that issue.
He isn't a horrible President because he is fighting back against our enemies. The very enemies who plan our destruction, who plan the death of America, who want to bring Islamic facism all over the world in their sick and twisted version of their faith. He is a "bad" President because the Democrats cannot handle the fact they are looking bad when everything busted wide open. Than looking back in the past, points in majority back at them. Mainly under President Clinton's administration.
Bush has his flaws like any other human does, but at least he is putting forth effort of protecting America, by fighting these enemies that seek our destruction and death. If you hate the President and feel bad for the people we are at war with, go live with them! Get out of the country if you don't like seeing us protecting ourselves and fighting back against our ENEMY!

Actually they give retarded a bad name. Bush is not stupid and is in fact very smart. Compare his scores to John Kerry as an example. What Bush isn't good at is manipulating the press the way his predecessor was and still is. You raise good points on the whole though.

Yes it is just you, Bush's approval ratings prove that out. By the way, do you read the repuglican post, then how can you complain at all about the Bush bashers. George Bush rather the the Bush bashers has divided this country. But it is 70/30 against now.

I'm with you. It's too easy to say "Oh, he didn't do this or that right". Well, guess what? 9/11 was organized during Clinton's administration! He was too busy under Monica's skirt.
I like Bush, he's a great human being and a good leader.
Clinton was just a phony bastard, who won the masses with nothing but a big fake cheesy giggle. But Hillary I love.
