Well this boy call me and told me who he was, but he was acting shy and went I answer him he didn't said anything. Did I did something wrong????!!!!!!!

You didn't do anything wrong. He called you because he's interested in you but he's shy and doesn't know what to say.
If you're interested in getting to know him better, ask him some questions about himself the next time he calls. But make sure your questions can't be answered by one word answers.
Instead of asking "What's up?" where the answer will be "Nothing" - ask him "What's your favourite movie and why?" or "What kind of music do you like and who are your favourite artists?"
That should get him talking.

I don't think so. He is probably just shy in nature. He may like you. He may have called to just talk to you and forgot to prepare what to say.

well when guys call its usually cuz they have something to talk about but there are some stupid ones who call and breathe.
If a guys into you, he will talk.

MAYBE THATS A SIGN THAT HE MIGHT LIKE U..HE IS PROBABLY SHY AND DONT KNOW EXACLY WHAT TO SAY OR START A CONVERSATION..YOU START THE CONVERSATION AND MAKE HIM FEEL CONFORTABLE TALKIN TO YOU ABOUT ANYTHING
