ok so like i have nothing to do. i dont go to sleep until around 10. dont tell me to go to bed earlier because i have enough trouble falling alseep already. but i have nothing to do. i feel like im forgetting to do something..... any suggestions on what i should do before i to go to sleep?

Maybe drinking milk is a good way to help people to fall asleep. And also you can listen to some classic music on bed . It is useful I think, I spend evening in school, and sometimes I feel exciting before I go to bed, the two things above help me a lot. So try it. I think they are probabaly useful.

Leisurely reading is a great before bed mental relaxation,you can also try listening to soft and quiet music,or a meditational tape or CD.Have some chammomile or other calming herbal tea,and never eat a big meal before bed it will keep your digestion active and you wont be able to rest sufficiently,taking a walk in the evening is also a big help,prayer and meditation upon the bible.

I think maybe you should take easy in your life. I suggest you drink a glass of milk and listen to some light music before you go to sleep. And I really hope you have a good mood in your daytime.Just try it! Maybe it's useful.Wish you have a sound sleep tonight!

Take a nice bubble bath. Lay out clothes you plan to wear tomorrow. Light some candles and just relax, maybe even watch a movie. relax..

Try not drinking anything with caffeine or eating anything sugary hours before going to bed.

Try and calm down and relax...

Read a book...

Do you like to read? u can do that if u do. if u dont have any books find stories on the internet. umm...u can go on the computer. watch a movie. thats alll i can think of. hope it helps!

Take a warm bath, say your prayers, turn the lights off, switch off your mobile phone, take your feets off the ground, and take a nice nap....

wash face, brush teeth, brush hair... makes morning a lot easier. Just splash on some water, brush again, and your hair will be less tangled

Wash your face, brush your teeth, soak your feet, dry them and massage with baby oil or vasiline. Cover them with white socks.
