install itunes in your pc, put songs there, and upload it to the ipod (u need to connect it through the usb port). as simple as that. u can check out the manual, too, if you have any more questions

to turn it on all you have to do is press menu, and you need a charger for it, and you can add more music to it by hooking it up to your computer and just adding it to it and yeah it does help if you read the manuel

you could plug the computer cable + cd in,
then get itunes
then buy stuff.
then u should see music, then use the middle button

what do you mean you dont know how to work it? do you mean that you dont know how to use the scroll wheel or you dont know how to put music on? its all in the manual....
