For a country that has been governing itself for less than 50 years and had been had been ruled by imperialistic European and Asian countries for over 100 years, it seems to have fared better than some other countries that have faced similar fates.
What has it given the world? How about an industrious workforce and a stable state of affairs that has not been a drain on the rest of the world.

Trade, business, and a clean protected environment for their visitors. They do try hard at courtesy too though I am not too sure how successful they are. The location is definitely a convenient and comfortable transit for people travelling from one place to another.
Yup, electronics goods are good too.
