You could do a Masters Degree in MicroElectronics from BITS-Pilani, through it's Distance Learning division in 2 years. You can visit the BITS-Pilani website for more details.

Further your organization could possibly sponsor your Master's degree wrt Fees, books etc, if it is in their charter.

i feel the best thing to do during studies is only studies..otherwise it seems that studying is also like a job for you with out a pay :-)
you must concentrate in only one thing at a time.
